Ewan Project
The Ewan tenements have historic QNRMW data showing deposits of molybdenum,
copper, tin and gold primarily in hosted vein structures. The tenements
encompass the Tinvale mineral fields and previous exploration by Geological
Survey of Queensland and several mining companies have shown mineralization
in vein structures which at the time were uneconomic for open pit extraction.
With the price of based metals at their current prices, these will be
reexamined.
Additional geological data, however, does indicate the possibility of as yet unknown plutons of mineralization, primarily gold, which may exist as entrapped blind deposits.
While Kangaroo Metals Limited believes that potential resources can be drawn from these sites, exploratory drilling of these sites is unwarranted in the early stages and is not a priority site.

Exploration Plan
The Ewan tenement hosts several clusters of historic polymetallic mines
that appear to cluster around magnetic anomalies identified by government
surveys. The distinct geology of the region also identifies other regions
within the project zone that will be investigated.
Strategy
KML will undertake high resolution aeromagnetics in late 2007 across these clusters to get clear understanding of the underlying geology followed by a detail geochemical study in the second quarter of 2008 to identify drill targets.
